The Challenge: Grow HGTV’s digital audience beyond broadcast through original, lifestyle-focused series.
My Role: Executive Producer, I led creative direction, talent partnerships, and production team.
The Impact: Grew the channel to nearly 6M cross-platform subscribers, built a loyal community, and developed multiple sponsored content streams.
